Its a Running light /Stop-Turn Signal combination.
Dual Mode Lights have three wires.

These are not sold in sets, we show both to compare,  but this listing is for RED.
Please order as many as needed for combined S & H.

 

These LEDs are clear and when lit they are RED.

These are Red LEDs but the camera sees them as yellow
