This model is NON beeping model. 
Can be used as a turn signal or hazard warning flasher.  The EL98N can flash ONE single LED (diode) or seventy-four 61 LED lamps or six hundred and sixty-six 20 led marker lamps.
Operational voltage 8 Volts to 14.5 volts DC. 
The EL98N flasher will flash your light when your battery is below 8 volts. 
Will operate from 20mA to 20 amps.

THIS FLASHER WILL WORK ON 8 - 14.5 VOLT SYSTEMS USING BULBS OR LEDS.
