Can be used as a emergency or caution flasher,  The EL98WW can flash ONE single LED (diode) or seventy-four 61 LED lamps or six hundred and sixty-six 20 led marker lamps. Operational voltage 8-Volts to 14.5 volts DC.  The EL98NWW flasher will flash your lights when your battery is below 8 volts.  Will operate from 20mA to 20 amps.

A great flasher for Police and Fire departments that want to use flashing head lights and backup lights or other lights and need them work normally when not in flashing mode. This is how to make them operate in  standard and then wig-wag mode using a 12pin toggle or it can be done using two 6 pin toggle switch. Have Backup lights and High beam head lights run through the toggle switch so they are separated, so the wigwag can make them flash left and right. Flip toggle switch one way and head lights and backups work normal and when toggle switch is flipped the other way they will be in wigwag mode. In the seen diagram below all light go to vehicle ground.
